Sometimes you can live a lifetime, never feeling like you fit in. That's not the case with the raw food community. We feel a strong connection and encourage each other to truly live vibrant, meaningful lives. It is my wish that the A.R.D. will make it easier for us to connect, to be aware of how large our community is, and then take that knowledge to help us become even stronger. I don't know what the future holds for our community, but I know that the world will forever be changed in a positive way because of us. We stand as unique individuals, united by the energy that flows through our bodies from raw foods. Our collective, vibrant energy will inspire others to also wake up with the energy of living foods, to embrace their uniqueness, and to truly begin living.
